I’m writing this letter to let you know that I appreciate the way you have helped me.

I couldn’t ask for a better team. Josy has done a great job finding the right property for me as I had trouble getting a bank loan in the early stages.

Sometimes patience pays off……..

Its a good feeling to know you have great tenants as I have received a quarterly inspection letter form Hennie with a picture of the house taken in a storm. The letter states  the tenant is keeping it very neat and tidy.

I know the rent payments are always on time. I believe Hennie is doing a great job & is very efficient. I recommend WBP rentals as a good option.

Thanks to Martin & Brett for helping me to acheive this goal. I also appreciate the update News Letters from Martin who always keeps us informed.

Dear Martin

I was first presented your concept by your consultant Brett Jeffery back in 2006 and after some consideration I decided to proceed and purchase a property.

This subdivision had delays in getting consents ect. to get to the point of actually building the houses (as I understand through correspondence from Wealth Buy Property and conversations with Brett).

As it happens the delays have been good timing for me as in less than 6 months of signing for a property, and paying the deposit, I lost my job and could only find part-time work. It has been a real struggle financially but my reason for this letter is to inform readers  that just buy communicating with the company we have come to a great solution. Taking the pressure off me by transferring to another property with a later completion date has  given me the breathing space to secure a full-time job and therefore be in a position to settle on my property.

I really appreciate the communication and flexibility you and the company have shown me. Its so very refreshing to be treated like a person than just a number.
